Welcome Tony Plumtree! Keystone Appraisals is excited to announce that Tony Plumtree, AACI, P.App, has been selected, after a rigorous selection process, to the Keystone Appraisal team.

Tony brings to Keystone a number of years of experience in both commercial banking and appraisal. His education includes a B.Com degree at Royal Roads University and a Diploma in Urban Land Economics at UBC.

Tony’s areas of specialty include industrial and commercial properties; residential subdivision and multi-family development. Tony also has experience in insurance appraisals and ground rent analysis.

The expansion of our appraisal team will strengthen, enhance and expand our ability to meet the needs of our valued customers. Tony’s education and comprehensive experience will benefit our appraisal network and our clients.

Tony, a true lover of the outdoors and lifestyle our communities have to offer, looks forward to relocating here from the Lower Mainland.

VP Announcement! Keystone Appraisals Inc. is pleased to announce that Gina Ironmonger, AACI, P.App, has been elected for a second term as Vice President to the Appraisal Institute of Canada – BC Association.  Congratulations Gina!

 

 


Farewell To Eugene! Eugene Steckley, AACI, P.App, has taken an appraisal position in Vancouver, BC. We would like to thank Eugene for his time with Keystone. He was a valuable asset to our team and we are sure that he will be asset to his new Vancouver firm, Grover, Elliott & Co. We will certainly miss that sense of humour!

We wish Eugene and his family all the best!
