Kootenay/Boundary Architecture

As appraisers, we have an appreciation of architecture and the Kootenay/Boundary areas of the province provide us an abundance of architectural styles that are steeped in our history. Residential, commercial and institutional there is an array of styles to be enjoyed. From the prospector’s cabin on a lone hill; to entire streets of large, early 1900 homes; to High Victorian institutional and commercial buildings, we are blessed.
